When the dust gas enters the electrostatic precipitator body through the electric field , dust adsorption of ions or electrons and electrically charged, the charged dust move to opposite electrode under the electric force, Dust in the dust collecting plate (anode plate) is deposited under the action of electric field force and dust adhesion . and release the charge to the plate. The charged dust particles are deposited on the cathode line at the same time. The dust particles are separated. When the dust on the dust collecting electrode and the cathode line reaches a certain thickness, the dust falling into the lower hopper by the vibration on the plate (line), and drain away by the ash conveying system . The process is continuously carried out to accomplish the purpose of gas purification and recovery.
