Attention should be paid to the daily operation of industrial bag filters
（1) During normal operation of industrial bag type dust collectors, the ash discharge device cannot stop working. Otherwise, the ash hopper will quickly accumulate dust and overflow into the bag room, forcing the dust collector to stop working. If smoke and ash are found at the exhaust port, it indicates that the filter bag has been damaged. During maintenance, the air should be stopped room by room and the upper cover should be opened. If ash is found at the bag opening, it indicates that the filter bag has been damaged and needs to be replaced or repaired.
(2) If a timed ash cleaning controller is used, the accuracy of the ash cleaning cycle should be regularly measured, otherwise adjustments should be made. When using a constant resistance pulse control instrument, the working condition of the pressure switch should be regularly checked, the pressure tap should be checked for blockage, and cleaned.
(3) Management personnel operating pulse dust collectors should be familiar with the principles, performance, and usage conditions of dust collectors, and master adjustment and maintenance methods. Master the performance and structure of the dust collector, promptly handle any problems found, and ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system. The duty personnel should record the operation status and relevant data on duty.
(4) If the electromagnetic pulse valve malfunctions, it should be promptly eliminated. If there are impurities or moisture inside, it should be cleaned. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
(5) The mechanical moving components such as the ash conveying device on the pulse dust collector should be filled and replaced with oil according to regulations. Any abnormal phenomena should be promptly eliminated. Regularly oil the rotating parts.
(6) The oil water separator in the air storage tank and air source triplet on the bag filter should be discharged once per shift, and the oil water separator should be cleaned every 3-6 months. The oil mist filter should be regularly checked for oil storage and refueled in a timely manner.
